Shipping Policy
All CLAWS orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your selected shipping method).
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option at checkout. Estimated delivery begins after dispatch.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, or customs processing (if applicable).
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available through the carrier.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@clawslabel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. CLAWS is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier. Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.
