Application

Before you order - Find your size

Before your CLAWS even arrive, take a moment to measure your nail beds in millimetres. Use our nail size guide to find your perfect fit.

Application - Three steps. That's it.

1. Power Prep

A clean base is everything.

  • Wipe nails with the prep pad
  • Gently push back cuticles
  • Start with a completely clean, dry surface


2. Bold Buffer

Your secret weapon for lasting hold.

  • Lightly buff the natural nail
  • Pro tip: for extra hold, gently buff the inside of the press-on as well
  • Remove all shine before application

3. Press & Impress

The moment you've been waiting for.

  • Apply an even layer of glue to the natural nail
  • Align your CLAWS at the cuticle
  • Press firmly and hold for 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching for one full minute after application

If a Nail Comes Off

It happens. Here's how to reset in seconds.

  • Clean both your natural nail and the press-on
  • Remove any old glue or residue
  • Quick rebuffer
  • Apply a fresh drop of glue
  • Re-align at the cuticle and press firmly for 20–30 seconds

Hold. Let it reset. Back to flawless.


Removal

Press-on removal guide

Step 1 — Soak it, don’t yank it
Warm water + a little soap + a splash of oil. (any nail oil will work)
Soak your nails for 10–15 min. Scroll TikTok. Hydrate. Be patient.

Step 2 — Gentle wiggle test
If it moves, you're good. If it doesn’t, keep soaking.
We do not fight our nails. Our nails always win.

Step 3 — Lift slowly
Use a cuticle stick (or your other hand) and gently lift from the sides.
No force. Just ✨persuasion✨.

Step 4 — Glue leftovers?
Rub in oil and roll it off with your finger.
Or lightly buff if needed — emphasis on lightly.

Step 5 — Aftercare moment
Wash hands. Add cuticle oil. Admire your still-healthy natural nails.

Delivery & Return

Shipping Policy

All CLAWS orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your selected shipping method).

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option at checkout. Estimated delivery begins after dispatch.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, or customs processing (if applicable).

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. CLAWS is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier. Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all press-on nail sets are non-returnable once opened or used.

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order is incomplete due to a fulfillment error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different set, please place a new order and return eligibility will only apply in cases of fault or error as outlined above.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
